"I got a silk press. I think they had the right intention like they used an olaplex treatment before straightening my hair to prevent heat damage but their techniques weren't the best. The blow drying was overcomplicated and it was very painful, they should have used comb with more tension and could work through thick coily hair. The didn't last for more than 4 hours after I left the salon. It was humid in London so I didn't expect it to last for so long, but 4 hours was a bit disappointing especially at the price I had paid."
