"I got a silk press. I think they had the right intention like they used an olaplex treatment before straightening my hair to prevent heat damage but their techniques weren't the best. The blow drying was overcomplicated and it was very painful, they should have used comb with more tension and could work through thick coily hair. The didn't last for more than 4 hours after I left the salon. It was humid in London so I didn't expect it to last for so long, but 4 hours was a bit disappointing especially at the price I had paid."

I was also so happy with my hair (and it was my first weave ever) that I am already planning to go back. The space is also really nice and you really feel taken care of!"

Other than that, the girl was really welcoming and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable throughout the appointment- she offered beverages and then even offered a neck pillow when I started fall asleep!"
